Mindful Card Lab (the "Service") is a privately operated card reflection service based on a 78-card archetype deck, guided through a personalized algorithm system. The Service provides reference content and does not substitute professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

2Terms of Use

• ✦The Service is available to anyone aged 14 or older.
• ✦No membership registration is required.
• ✦Fraudulent information, service disruption, unauthorized scraping, and any misuse are strictly prohibited.

3Minors & Contract Cancellation

• ✦Minors under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before making any paid purchase through the Service.
• ✦Any paid transaction made without such consent may be cancelled by the minor or by their parent/legal guardian.

4Payment & Refund Policy

• ✦Three Card Reading: $9.90 first-purchase price (regular $14.90)
• ✦Five Card Reading: $16.90 first-purchase price (regular $24.90)
• ✦Payment method: In-service payment system
• ✦Full refund if cancellation is requested before the reading result is generated.
• ✦Once the reading is delivered, refunds are not available due to the nature of digital content.
• ✦Currently free during the launch event period; event terms are subject to change.
